I came back from amazing camp in Greece on Lesvos in the evening, packed my clothes, windsurf gear, slept over night and hit the road the next morning to Sylt, Germany, last PWA event in freestyle discipline for 2011. After 2 weeks of sailing the wind is not giving us a brake... 3.7 every day, sometimes is it drops a bit, 4.1 OVERpowered. Sardegna is finito. I spent around 1 week on the islad and we had wind every day. First three days before competition was light wind. I was using 5.3 and big board 100l. Skippers meeting at 5.30am and first start at 6am. Pretty crazy but we had conditions so action. Wind was super light Almost everyone was on 5.7. I had just 5.3 so I pumped a bit but it was ok. I lost against Chico cuz I was missing 1 move which actually the judges didn't see last 5sec of the heat totally next to the beach. Bad luck what can you do. I finished 17th which was worse I expected.

Here we are the 4th day in Austria and still no wind. At least it was sunny and warm till today, on the weekend we had nice action on the water without wind. Guys were pulled by the boat and the winner was Steven B72 with a clean culo in no wind. Dahab freestyle week 2010

This year Vova Morozov also organized small event in Dahab called Dahab freestyle week. We had 2 windy days with north wind so it was enough time to finish double elimination. First day we were sailing on open sea. Spectators and judges were watching us from very big yacht. It was super interesting. Despite bad wind and chopy water at the beginning single was finished and we had a lot of fun.

This time I was sailing 2 days in Paternoster. The spot is epic. The waves were not huge but head high to logo high, long, clean and not fast so you had time and you can really get the feeling there. Finally all the competitions in 2009 are over. Last one was held on sunday 18.10. on Slovenian small coast in town called Izola. Conditions were more than crazy. Super choppy with gusty and very cold wind. Despite all the craziness we finished full double elimination. Event in Naxos is almost finished. We were all expecting big very well organized event with good wind and action but we got much more than that. Event was organized on much different level than untill now. It was the first so professional event I have ever been to so far. No PWA event can compare with it. If I point out some thigs... The event on Sylt is almost finished. We manage to do all disciplines. Full double elimination in wave as well in freestyle and Slalom guys didn't just chill on the beach either.
